The service deserves a solid 5 stars; the staff is excellent! However, in comparison, the taste and portion sizes at the SVS chain are significantly better, served more generously, so to speak, with a touch of heart!

What a disaster. There were chunks of onion in the fresh burger. I've always ordered from here and everything was fine. Today, I ordered and bit into my meal, only to find it was spicy, and I absolutely hate spicy food. When I opened it up, there were just huge pieces of onion – it felt like they don't respect their customers. It seemed like they rushed through the preparation, throwing in a ton of huge onion pieces. With service like this, I won't be ordering again. Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The service was appalling. My husband and I were waiting calmly for a staff member to become available when she abruptly told me, "Ma'am, we have a wait of over half an hour," with an aggressive tone as if I were causing a scene. We were simply trying to order coffee, which we made clear to her. She got defensive but eventually asked what kind of coffee we wanted. I said, "Two vanilla cappuccinos," and was met with the same aggressive response: "Ma'am, it’s just instant 3-in-1. You’d be better off having a proper coffee." This left a very unpleasant impression, especially since I was speaking to her in a calm manner. Unfortunately, there have been many similar incidents with this staff member.
