However, unfortunately the result is not the best for the youngest or those who do not know their history. Attention: the owner was pending and went out to greet. normal rest. -Food:*Presentation: nothing special, remember how the dishes were served in the Bogotan restaurants.*Sabor. the puchero is good (seven,) abundant in tasty. the ajia is liquid, it has components that we are used to (I think it's rooted) and it's missing to be thicker. The empanadas, an icon of the margaritas, were a little greasy, and the very dry morcilla.*Innovation. No. If they thought of doing so, they could rescue their entire history and make it current.
I've been visiting my dad since I was a kid. the best empanadas than as typical dishes of the old Bogota. My children visited it from children. more than 115 years of tradition.
I was recommended by the restaurant to attend to someone outside and to provide a good watery and some other special dish; they also told me about so empanadas which according to them are "the best empanadas." We ask for ajiaco, pork (plate that is hardly delicious,) and empanadas. the empanadas although they were good are far from the best. the ajiaco barely acceptable. the very bad pig, I didn't know anything, of bad looks and consistency. a fiasco besides that we had a shame with our guest.
Today technology has opened the universe. But I grew up when I was still chapinerone, a neighborhood of chapins, shoe shops. I'm still going to LaCorona today. Next to the big villas along the 7th race were the small houses with roof of tile. the place of this restaurant is symbolic: it is behind the large chain store where the alley flows. I've had since I remember a small car station. We were going on Saturdays or Sundays when the tradition beat the chicken of '63 with faces to buy empanadas and pandeyucas. Next door there was a store for soda and leaflets. At the beginning of the xx century the family was potentated. Then fortune brought us out of the place where the chain store is. But fate brought my grandfather back to write his novel on 57th Street.
If it's a traditional restaurant, this is the most bogota. all tickets, dishes and desserts represent the idiosyncrasy of our beautiful city. so owners attend the restaurant personally and today the quality of the food is exceptional.Recommendations: the changua the empanadas and the overbariga. ask what you ask for is going to go well and go with good appetite!
