If you're looking for an authentic Long Island egg sandwich, this is the spot to visit. Everything is perfectly layered: the cheese is melted just right, the bacon is perfectly crispy, and they definitely don't skimp on the bacon!

I changed my rating based on the fact that the owner reached out to make things right. I will give them another shot when I am back in town. Friendly staff... but it took 40 minutes to get my Rueben and fries. Placed the order at 2:20PM and got it at3:00PM... the food looked amazing as you can see! But the fries were cold and the Rueben just warm but good flavor.

Great food! Just wish they would stay open a little later, maybe 6:00 pm. We work until 5:00 and used to pick up food for dinner after work. No can do now.

I'm reducing my rating because they really need to improve their online ordering system. I've faced issues with both pickup and delivery when using food delivery apps. However, when I visit in person or call ahead, they're always on point, and their food is absolutely delicious. They consistently deliver quality. I've tried them for the first time about two weeks ago and have already sampled around ten different dishes. I appreciate that they don’t add extra charges for things like the type of meat or the style of fries, which many places do. The only reason I might suggest avoiding them is if you're on a budget, because you'll find yourself wanting to order something every day!

I know my delis, and Locust is definitely one of the best around. The staff is attentive and genuinely cares about the customers. The food is fresh, and the owner truly wants his clients to have a wonderful experience, which is why I keep coming back. I've been a loyal customer for over four years. Thank you for always striving for excellence and for making things right when they're not perfect. Good people deserve good things, and they are indeed good people!
