La Locanda - BOJANO

I was at dinner in February 2022 with friendly family atmosphere, perhaps a little cool for those who are sitting near the windows. kind person and price available in the norm as ordered. I didn't really appreciate the grilled meat for some pieces too hard and unmanageable. after a dinner of 12 people, normally 3-4 glasses of liqueur improves in total should be offered, especially if it is the staff to say you gentlemen want liqueur.

After the first dinner, we returned the next night to try other first dishes. all good and typical. friendly and kind service and owner. excellent meat quality

Large table of friends next to us had a lot of meats. maybe they are good. but the appetizer and pasta dish i had was about same quality as i make at home pouring from the box and jar, and i'm not a good cook

Food acceptable good location But the service very very very very slow I smoked 5 cigarettes while i was waiting for the food

This is by far my favorite restaurant in Italy since the first time I tried it during Summer 2018. La Locanda is grandma-style cuisine with the typical dishes of the region. Hand-made pasta with a variety of sauces and a surprising menu of the day on top of the fixed menu. My favorite: scamorza grilled with an almond crust. When I'm in the States, I dream about it. Pastas I've tried and Loved: pasta filled with gorgonzola in a saffron cream sauce. It's rich in flavor and goes great with a glass of Tintilia (regional red wine). Fresh pasta with seafood is offered on Fridays and you could never be disappointed! All of the seafood is fresh, NEVER frozen. Wines: A great variety of wine lists from the region. It's a must try!
