Sublime Smoke - Bolivar

Probably 4 stars but gave them the advantage of doubt. This place was a mixed bag for us. The food was really good. Prices are as expensive as you would expect from a BBQ place if you don't like it, then drive a car. For us the disadvantage was the experience/stack. If we were there at the end of August, and I would expect the older lady who took orders to be new or just bad at her job. We said we had never been there and she had no suggestions for what we should get. Okay, I understand. But when we were obviously disturbed that there were practically no good choices for their bottled drinks (many empty slots), it would have been great if she mentioned that she had other drinks around the corner from sight. Then, of course, she brought us the wrong food, and we didn't know we had no idea what we had ordered to start with it. The father's daughters noticed in the room and gave us dirty looks when they and the lady discovered what happened, and they watched us how we already chopped off their meals. But I repeat what the locals have ordered was really good.

We were really happy we visited this restaurant. I had the brisket sandwich, and let me tell you, the brisket is amazing! We also tried the Korean pig belly pizza, which was fantastic! It's a casual spot with delicious food. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great meal.

Gereist of NE TN and were looking for a good place to eat. The listing for this restaurant caught our eye. We went in mind with Bbq. But my husband saw the pizza and changed his mind. We tried the bbq pork sandwich, hand-cut pommes and a large pizza. The pizza was delicious crust was perfect! The Bbq with house bbq sauce was great and the fries were the perfect companion. The outdoor seating area was very nice. If we live near this restaurant, we would be there for dinner at least once a week!

I traveled all the way from New York City to try this grill, and it did not disappoint! I began with a Pork Sundae, which was one of the strangest meals I’ve ever tried, but it was fantastic. My mom ordered the chicken sandwich, which had a wonderful smoky flavor. The fries and baked potatoes were also delicious in their own distinct way. To top it all off, we enjoyed a chocolate chip cookie that was exceptional. I really liked this place!

Pork sundae and pizza with mango fruit beer! Delicious! This was a really good place in cute little town!
