Waited over a hour for a delivery that they said would be between 30 45 mins I phone up to ask were my order was he said another 10 minutes when I I ask would I get anything else as compensation for late delivery he said sorry no I was just saying cancel my order when he put the phone down on me the food still came 10 minutes after which I took and paid for which was cold I will never recommend them again after being a long time loyal customer

Shocking service. Please avoid at all cost. Poor customer service and cancelled just eat orders. On the phone they explained we now needed to order using their unfriendly website and then delivered to the wrong address.

Del Capo's food is delicious , I always give them 10/10... however, 1 tiny thing this time-very little toppings 1 mushroom and a few jalapeños even though I paid for double .

Coldest tasteless garlic and cheese pizza and under cooked cold fries, late delivery won't use again

Waited near on two hours for delivery,when it finally arrived it was as black as charcoal ! NOT a clue why they actually boxed it up and sent it out for delivery ! this is not the first time that the quality has been of pig swill ! stay away ! this was on the 21st december 2021 stuck on a late night wi the kids now as i have had to start cooking at 8 pm !
