Salewa Bivac - Bolzano

Beautiful culinary experience. Large outdoor area to enjoy mountain views or watch mountaineers who suffer in Salewa Cube climbing hall next to the area. The hall has a movable wall that opens the entire climbing area in good weather. Very good choice of Italian local dishes and the place is crowded at noon in good weather. The only drawback is that it is closed on Sundays.

Great atmosphere, great people and great service. All about a wonderful place for an aperitivo after work.

Large bar with beautiful outdoor garden. Quiet and immersed in nature, I recommend it for a quiet appetizer

The Salewa headquarters is worth a visit if you are passionately over mountaineering. The Bivac restaurant offers simple dishes well prepared and served.

Located in a more commercial zone, this is actually one of the nicer places. They have a good selection of beverages and a small selection of food. Personally, I found the prizes on the high side especially for the small portions of food. Still a nice place for a short break.
