We had a great time sitting at one of the tables in the street watching the people pass by. Very good food. The pasta was excellent. Service was ok.

We have dined at many 1 and 2 star Michelin rated restaurants and a few 3-stars--but cannot recall a more satisfying delicious dinner at any of them. As would be expected, ambience and dinnerware is excellent. The views of the Dolomites are beyond description. Service is friendly, helpful, efficient and flawless. We had the Traditional Gourmet Menu, which included: venison tartare and tataki with yogurt dressing, paccheri (round noodles) with lamb ragout, followed by potato soup with frogs and vermouth. Needless to say presentation was as well thought out as tastiness. For the main course, we had veal prepared 3 ways: a smokey fillet, braised cheek and the shin meat served with a rosemary infused jus. The desserts that followed were a micro fruit salad in a strawberry sauce and strawberry juice and sorbet served with liquid nitrogen cooling, and a chocolate mousse with meringue and Tonya bean ice cream and meringue sheets invoking dolomite mountains. Of course Petit fours and friandises followed with our coffees. Although modernist cuisine techniques were utilized, innovation did not replace soul-satisfying lusciousness. This is a restaurant that should not be missed!

One of the best cafés in Bolzano. Very warm atmosfere, friendly staff and amazing coffe! I'd recommend it anytime!

Great primi and a couple of secondi on the lunch menu. Wonderfully buttered carbonara, very spicy arrabiata, smooth carpaccio. Great value, charming service.
