Max Brenner Chocolate Bar

Great location being right next to restaurants and the cinema especially if you're feeling something sweet and casual. Used to frequent this place alot when I was in the highschool but I think my taste buds have change to liking chocolate that is more bitter rather than sickly sugary. Hot chocolate is still enjoyable but the dessert are a bit overpriced. Friendly service.

The tutti fruity waffles always slay my life. The combination of those sweet waffles with indulgent chocolate sauce, fresh bananas and strawberries and then the ice cream to reset your pallette - it's a great combo. It's something simple, but done well. My white hot chocolate with crunchy waffle balls was also delish. Super sweet and the little waffle pieces give it some texture. I was in heaven. My main problem with Max Brenner is how I feel after. Not only am I hugely guilty for indulging in something so naughty, but it can also be sickly sweet and very bloating. It's good at the time. But I always have regrets after. As always, I know I'll be back though

If craving some sweet desserts Max brenner is a good choice. Lots of choices ranging from waffles (comes with ice cream, banana, strawberry) to milkshakes and cheesecakes. One bad thing is they really need to wash the cups better, there was residual in the first glass and even the replacement one had some stains.

I visit Max Brenner quite frequently with friends and overall id say the place is OK. The coffees here are delicious...the cappuccinos are a must try and the chocolatey touch is divine. The cakes and other sweets here do look gorgeous, however, are extremely overpriced and sadly I wouldn't recommend any of the desserts here.

Love popping in here before a movie. I always grab the strawberries and melted Belgium chocolate to go with it. It's always warm and gooey and the perfect movie treat.
