We tried the Surf and Swine, which featured perfectly cooked pork belly, seared and glazed scallops resting on a bed of special rice accompanied by Demi glaze and roasted carrots. Absolutely delicious! We also had deviled eggs (a bit on the salty side for my liking) and a kids' cheese pizza that was enjoyable, although quite hot for little ones. The service was attentive and friendly. While the food took a little longer to arrive, it was definitely worth the wait.
We chose to dine here on our first night of our stay. The kid's pizza and mac and cheese were good, but our main courses arrived partially cold and were not edible. We considered asking for them to be reheated, but I doubt that would have made much of a difference.
I had made a reservation for five people to celebrate a special occasion. When we arrived, we were informed that the restaurant was closed for renovations. The only other option available was a bar that served casual food, which was not what we had planned for our brunch reservation. We were quite disappointed.
Excellent food and even better customer service! Ashley was our waitress and was so friendly and personable, she made us feel like we had known her forever! Fish tacos and pizza was on our meals and were excellent in taste and quantity.
The food is not good at all. Ravioli came in hot water vs. sauce. Pizza has no taste or sauce. The shrimp scampi came with way over cooked angel hair. The waiter service wasn't pleasant. The place was empty for a very full busy hotel on Labor Day weekend. That should've been a sign. However I have to admit the interim manager Sydney was very nice and accommodating to us at the end. Will eat off property next time.
