Bonn(e) Baguette

The pizza was ok, but the restaurant does not know what pepperoni is. In all restaurants I visited this is spicy salami and not spicy pepper. When I asked about this they acted like I was the crazy one. Also foreigners beware as you cannot pay by card.

Loved this place, just off the square near my hotel, below street level. The waitress was helpful, patient with my drunk co-worker hitting on her, and the food and drinks were excellent and reasonably priced. One caveat: we thought with the mexican flair, the sangria would be better. Not so much. The mexican that accompanied me gave it two thumbs down. It was really inexpensive and the menu quite extensive for small plates. I actually had a pesto number that was so much I had to give my overserved co-worker the rest to eat in his room (at his urging). I'm so happy we stumbled on to this place.

Came here with some friends and had an ok time with the food and drinks. We were expecting some Spanish or Mexican food but that was sort of non-existent. There was nothing inherently bad with the food but there was nothing that was amazing about the place. The interior decorations were a little dark but nice. The waiter that we had were nice and spoke both English and German which is always a good thing. I do like the hours which can be later than other restaurants and can be a good thing when you're out late with friends.
