Írjon visszajelzéstI just bought a burrito, and that will definitely be my last visit to this location.
I picked up my order this evening, and to my disappointment, half of my burrito bowl was missing. It looked like the ingredients had just been thrown into the bowl. I'm very dissatisfied with not receiving what I paid for.
I visited the restaurant on July 24, and unfortunately, they were out of guacamole. There was no sign or prior notice, and I only found out after I had finished building my veggie bowl, which includes guacamole. While this was disappointing, I probably would have left, as guacamole is essential for me. However, after a long day at Mt. Rainier, I decided to stay. I asked for a small side cup of queso instead (not the full side order), but they intended to charge me for it. Generally, good customer service would have waived that fee. Aside from that, everything else was fine. The dining room and patio area were clean, and I was also intrigued to see that they had a drive-thru, which is a new feature for me.
We ordered 2 of the same size burritos. One burrito was regular size, the other was 1/2 the size. Tried calling the restaurant but only got a recorded msg. No help at all.
Their chicken was very burnt and dry. I tried to just live with it, I ate one of the burritos and started the second, but all I was tasting was char. I went back and they wanted to just give me more burnt chicken. Telling me it tasted fine. I ended up throwing the food away and leaving. Maybe it was just a bad batch but it definitely wasn't fine.
