Írjon visszajelzéstI had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I waited 30 minutes for my dine-in order. While the staff is hardworking and friendly, it seems that some college students find it amusing to take other people's food. It's frustrating that communication seems to rely more on emojis and pictures than actual conversation. Be sure to keep an eye on your order, or you might find someone else has taken it!
Please open the door! The delivery drivers are stuck in the drive-thru lane for a long time and can see orders sitting on the shelf! It’s frustrating to watch elderly customers who can barely walk make their way there, only to be denied entry. You should be ashamed! And what about the college kids who walk over? They don’t have cars to use the drive-thru. You claim you’re short-staffed, but you don’t even take orders anymore since you have a kiosk. This just comes across as laziness! The morning crew, however, is fantastic!
We just parked while two of us went inside to pick up a to-go order. The French fries were hot, fresh, and absolutely perfect. It was quite busy, so we did have to wait a bit. The sweet tea was just right. I even took some pictures in the parking lot because their plants are beautiful! Thank you!
Selected pick up at counter for my mobile order and they have the doors locked. They also have the phone off the hook knowing we will call and complain. Now my food is 20 minutes old because I had to wait in your long drive thru line. Do better, hire more workers or don’t open at all.
This is a bone in my THREE YEAR OLDS HAPPY MEAL !! This is unacceptable ! She could’ve choked.
