Bij baalman (zo wordt dit restaurant in scheepkringen genoemd eten we altijd goed. uitstekende bediening en de kwaliteit van de traditionele fairen is prima. vandaag speckscholle (ook wel scholle finkenwerter art). een grote schol op de huis mooi bruingebakken geen papkorst gegarneerd met spekjes. daarbij een frisse salade met een mooie niet vette dressing. mijn tafelgenote een "matjes hausfrauen art" ook al prima.Alles bij elkaar met drankjes 43€. ga er vooral heen
