Spektakel - Bornholm

Thanks to the very friendly in the kitchen which made a vegan and gluten-free burger for me, which tasted amazing!

A visit to Spetakel made me almost happy. We dumped into Spetakel on Thursday last in July and were (desuffer met by everything was admitted. However, we asked if we could get a meal for two adults and yourto children and after a quick check in the kitchen we got ok to take with us. However, we were waiting for a company that did not show up, and we therefore got a nice table. And then it was otherwise just to choose something wine and water and wait for the food. Of food we ordered a large board and twice of the children's edition. And don't a board we all got! Nothing lacked on the big board and there was more than enough to two. From the board I must especially highlight, good jamón (ibérico, jabugo or duroc did not ask black footskins, which was living room temperature (hurra for it was not cold , delicious small arrancini (steget rice ball with mushrooms and sourdough bread and crispbread you could live by alone. In addition, there were delicious cheeses, sausages and things to lubricate on the bread. And we had something to get more told the sweet and attentive waiter (and my family ka ' never get enough of the good jamón so we asked about a bit more, which we immediately got but a smile and an included of course. We drank a delicious organic Austrian Pinot Noir from Birgit Braunstein to 450kr bottle. It could after my taste well be a few degrees colder but I am sure its approximately 18 19 degrees are most likely to have, so ok. The children got a really fine children's board, which my one daughter was reviewed with the words it is my dream food package. They drank natural-fried shower and water to. And it all was round with some really good espresso (which was kept in ristretto size in small cups and not once the water pjask in grandmother cups, which otherwise has become so hip .ra Hur too it too! We ended up over 1300kr for the pleasure, and it was really a pleasure. And the children had been a couple of years old and even could have gone home, we had grown up for a couple of cocktails, for the mood was decided on fine Spektakel.

Are you in Gudhjem, then eat here!!!! We got a large mixed tapas board. It simply doesn't get better!!!! A great cozy atmosphere in their courtyard, mixed with the sweetest staff. When you saw their amazing food, it is heaven in earth!!!!!!! Thank you for a great visit, we are absolutely seen again.

Good fries with cheeses. The burger was ok but for the somewhat sauced side. Expected significantly more taste in a burger at 175kr, which is best price. The atmosphere is nice but it is that dry tables are shown something you do not do so often.
