We didn’t know what they were capable of, so we didn’t pay attention to it and didn’t control this process. When the repairs were completed, they gave us the rice cooker that was not ours, rusty, scratched, with stains from not even a year of use, but it was two months old, by the way. They promised to sort it out, spent a month sorting it out, two months sorting it out... and even once promised to return a new one, but this, of course, did not happen. After our persistence, they finally decided that our cooks had twisted the lids! Their intelligence and logic can be envied. As a result, we will not leave this, the consumer rights society, the police, the examination and the court, we are sure they will help us
I bought a combi oven, it was delivered really quickly. I opened it up and there was a scratch on the stainless steel in the most visible place.
