Frenchie Wine Bistro - Boston

The atmosphere was awesome, drinks were beyond delicious. It could have been what I ordered but I thought the food was just average (for the price of it).

Very cute place. Please keep in mind it's very, very loud which isn't a bad thing. I made a reservation asking for a romantic spot to celebrate a special occasion but we got seated in the busiest area and the tables are so squished together it's very difficult to get in and out of your seat (even if I'm extremely tiny). I would have enjoyed it better if the hostess would have made an effort to try to seat us in a better spot where we could actually hear each other. We were seated by large parties and right by the cooking area where the waiters were running around so the whole night was shot. It's a cute place, but I'd pass for a special occasion. I couldn't hear anything and I felt like any movement I made I was bumping into the people next to me. Maybe all other quieter spots were already reserved prior to my reservation, but I would have chosen to sit outside if the hostess would have said something or read my reservation request. I don't expect much from basic restaurants, but when our bill is over $200 for 2 people and I want to hear my date, it just ruins the experience. Food was good, but dining out is an experience, and if I bring a date for a special occasion I'd appreciate someone even acknowledging they made an effort.

Such a cute spot! Service was great and brunch was delicious! I had a latte, eggs Benedict and crème brulee. Definitely recommend!

My beautiful date and I we had an amazing time, she had the Duck Confit Hash and I had the Frenchie Toast and for drinks we order a Chocolate Martini and a Spicy **** Mary, will recommend those items of the Brunch Menu. We will definitely come back and see if we can seat down at the Green House and try the Dinner Menu. Overall our date went Perfect!! P.S. We made it, we will be talking, even though she lives in Canada, but we are lesbians, so yeah!! LOL

Music way too loud. Food was boring and bland. Overpriced for the quality.
