I needed to use the bathroom because of bladder problems and the works told me I couldn't use it because I didn't use it at the scene. It was my first and last time in this place.

I preferred it over any other burger place. I’m not sure why the ratings are so low. Everything was prepared according to my instructions and arrived perfectly on time.

I ordered the 5-wing combo, and the food exceeded my expectations! However, there's no dine-in option available yet.

The restaurant has issues with accuracy when it comes to food orders, and the staff's English language skills are quite limited. After placing your order, they simply tell you to go to the next window. I would suggest considering a restaurant on the other side of Boston for a more satisfactory experience.

This restaurant has terrible customer service. They completely ignore you when you enter. I had to ask for assistance. I saw a young lady pick up my biscuit with her bare hands and toss it into the box. When I requested a different biscuit, I didn’t even get an apology. I ordered three pieces but only received two. A word of advice: make sure to check your order before leaving and pay attention while they prepare your food.
