Mooo - Boston

I really enjoy the beef tartare at this restaurant - the pickled elements paired with a rich sauce are delicious. I would rate it a 9 out of 10. The dry aged steak is also good, I would give it a 7.5 out of 10. The rest of the menu is average. The restaurant has a traditional, old-school atmosphere.

I was invited to dinner and just realized that the restaurant closes at 9, but they still accepted our reservation for 8. Within five minutes of being seated...

I am sad to leave this review and hope that this was a night when my previous experience with Moo... the hands down was the best service experience I had in a restaurant. While the ambience was great, and our waiter first started great (reaching a large bottle of wine), there was definitely a shift to a certain point early in the evening where we were no priority and got a sarcastic comment or two of the server that was surprising. The food was good, the pages were underseasoned, but the steaks were delicous. The bigger problem was also time We were there for 3 hours for entrees and appetizers, it took an hour for our appetizers to arrive for both of us and we went long distances without server. We gave up for Dessert and in the end could not wait to leave what was a shame, as it was a special staging and something we were really happy, especially for this price.

My birthday dinner. The Mooo team beat it out of the park as usual. Our preferred table, a free bottle bubbly, tailor-made menus and service that always exceeds expectations. Thanks to Mooo Team for another unforgettable experience.
