Panera Bread - Boston

I ordered eating online to be picked up in an hour. when I arrived an hour later, there were hardly any guests inside and all the staff were busy on their phones while I had to wait an additional 30 minutes to get my order made; yes, one and a half hours to get a simple meal for 3! this place needs a better administration. terrible experience, will not eat here again.

Food was good, flatbread pizza was what we needed right there and there but service was disrespectful and all over the place. Do they train them well nowadays? Geez.

So I go here at lunch while at work in the financial district Boston Location is great I order food on the menu board electronic and yet somehow they get the order wrong. Like most of the time !! I cannot eat tomatoes on my tuna sandwich Only because tomato seeds contain licopene and licopene irritates arthritis. So I order it w/o tomato. And guess what ???? It has tomato on it Serious ! What is wrong with this business ??? I'll go back to making my sandwich myself from now on. Like the olden days

Hmmm....Hmm..... I heard the lady say that was the last of the Mac and cheese and my son noticed that he hardly had any in his bowl. He got half of an order because it was all they had left and just passed it off as a full order.
