Shin Hakata Ramen - Boston

Great soup- was the only one that can be made gluten free but it was very yummy. Fresh veggies and a tomatoe based sauce. Mmmmm

The curry was absolutely delicious. My friends ordered the tonkatsu ramen and enjoyed it immensely. I also really admired the mural on the wall!

There were several ramen shops nearby according to Google, and this one had great ratings and was an easy walk away. The restaurant is small but lively, filled with vibrant conversations. The service is quick and friendly. While the menu doesn’t feature a wide variety of regional ramen styles, it does offer Tonkotsu and miso, along with spicy versions of both. The broth was excellent—rich with a hint of creaminess. The noodles were cooked to perfection and topped with pork. We both left very satisfied. Highly recommended!

The space is a bit tight, but the food is outstanding and the service is excellent.
