Ambakity Cocina Mexicana - Bothell

The food here is excellent and reasonably priced! The customer service could use some improvement, but keep in mind it's a food truck. I also appreciated the small dining area, which has a nice atmosphere.

This taco truck has quickly become a family favorite. The best thing about it is that everything is surprising in the best possible way! When you visit a taco truck, you typically expect the carnitas, asada, and other items to taste quite similar to those at other trucks, but at Ambakity, each dish has its own distinct flavor, and it's simply delicious!

Wow! I just tried this restaurant, and it's definitely the best Mexican food I've had in Washington. The blend of flavors was amazing, and everything tasted incredibly fresh and was perfectly cooked. I can hardly wait to return! Food: 5/5

The service was fantastic—super friendly and chatty staff made the experience even better. The ambiance is very casual, with some seating available which is a nice touch. We enjoyed eating our tacos there. While there aren't designated parking spots, there's enough room for a couple of cars to park nearby. I loved the tacos so much that I will definitely be back. If you haven't tried this place yet, you should definitely give it a go!

I've been to this restaurant twice when Google indicated it was open, but both times it was closed! According to their hours, they should be open on Sundays from 12 to 6, yet I arrived at 2 PM and found them closed. I'm really disappointed.
