Írjon visszajelzéstThe service at this place was terrible. We went there for my nieces wedding over Memorial weekend two months ago. We rented a home the ranch owner owned called Bella house and it had serious problems- no hot water, no heat and no internet unless you stood with your phone outside next to the main house in the pouring rain. I asked for a discount off if the $325/night price and was totally ignored. My niece said that the owner was really disorganized and hard to work with. She even had the wrong time down for the wedding. These people should not be in business.
This place is just magical! The location is so beautiful and close to many amazing hikes. The restaurant has the best menu. Highly recommend it here.
Our accomodation was changed just a day before check-in from Boulder Moutain Guest Ranch to a Headwaters Studio. Seems it was because of wedding party in Boulder Moutain Guest Ranch and they need al lrooms for guests. As we were looking for a one-night room on our trip from Capitol Reef National park to Escalante area, the change was not a problem for us. Communication with management about the change was fine, we received all details and direction to the place, as well as detailed self check-in instructions. The place Headwaters studio was also fine. It is located at the ranch, we were the only guests there. We feel safe, the home (room) was nice and clean, with a coffee maker, fridge ... all what you need for one night was there. Comfortable bed, internet was working well there. As a summary : all was fine, I would stay there (or at Boulder Mountain Guest Ranch) again, if coming to that area.
Service is essentially non existent at this rustic remote cabin/lodge. In our two days there we never saw anyone behind the desk or serving as a manager or cleaning the rooms, but we were awoken at 7:31 one morning with the sound of a backhoe moving rocks. Wi Fi is next to non existent and cell service is zero bars. As best I could see during my two night stay, the BMGR is just one step up from outdoor camping but that is a mere slightest of steps as the showers are out of doors and the communal restroom may be down your hall or across a gravel road in the thistle thicket as was actually the case during our stay. So if you end up at the BMGR, be prepared to rough it in a yurt and count yourself lucky that you're out of the rain. I'm told the restaurant is excellent. I wouldn't know myself as we never found it open. Let me repeat: during our two day stay WE NEVER SAW A LIVING WORKER AT THIS HOTEL.
One of the best places we stayed on our motorbike trip in Utah. Peaceful. Important to book a table at the restaurant if open.
