Fat Shack - Boulder

The food made myself and 2 of my kids violently sick, not sure if the fryer had bad grease or what. Guy working could hardly be bothered to provide service I ended up using their kiosk to oder a side I had forgotten.

Food was decent, but I 'm never coming back. I ordered online and arrived at the restaurant about 5 minutes before I was supposed to pick-up. Place wasn 't busy at all. Two groups of people come in the door and order at their self serve kiosks..we 're all then waiting an extremely long amount of time.. But all the people who ordered WELL AFTER me get their orders and I 'm just sitting there in disbelief. I ordered one item with a shake. Watch the guy make the shakes just to hand them to other people. It isn 't until I ask Do you have an order for (name)??? Oh yeah that 's coming right up.. I heard the woman in the back say she forgot stuff about a million times. Maybe you should get someone who doesn 't forget to make people 's orders... That 's the job! Buyer beware, you 're better off ordering at the store rather than ahead because they 'll just forget about you.

One of my absolute favorites but 17$ is quite expensive for a single sandwich. Definitely a once in a while treat

Best burgers I've ever had anywhere super friendly I will definitely be going back when I go back to Colorado for sure and their fried pickles are definitely to die for

Tables were filthy. Bathroom disgusting. The food burnt and just generally not good. And I paid WAY too much considering all of these facts.
