Moe's Broadway Bagel - Boulder

Every day I order a sesame bagel with cream cheese. Every day the person (any person) behind the counter responds, PLAIN cream cheese? Ugh. Horrible word. PLAIN. I don 't want to go spend money at a restaurant for plain food. It ruins my whole excitedness about breakfast by making the food sound bland and boring. It literally bums me out so much that I always wish I hadn 't even bothered coming in. It 's cream cheese. Why do you have to clarify that I want cream cheese when I say cream cheese? Just to differentiate it from all of your weird, adulterated cream cheese variants? If so, PLEASE call it anything else other than plain. Regular cream cheese is fine. Classic cream cheese is super. Original cream cheese would be stellar. I 'd even settle for Unpolluted cream cheese. But PLAIN??? Come on, Moe 's Bagel. Do better. Next time I get hit with, PLAIN cream cheese?? I am probably turning around and walking out the door and over to Einstein.

I was VERY skeptical at first about the vegan cream cheese. Once I ate it, I was pleasantly surprised and excited to continue. When I’m back in Boulder, I’ll have no problem coming back for a plain bagel with some vegan cream cheese. Worth it!

They would not give me a refund on a 5$ chive salt bagel! Susie was so nasty to me. She was rolling her eyes and cussing me in out in Spanish. Big Daddies staff is nice and tastes better.

I've had too many wrong orders. Like 5x. Wrong type of burrito, pork green salsa instead of red salsa, please, especially if the distinction is vegetarian vs non vegetarian, you've got to get these things right.

Disgusting cream cheese. Bitter coffee with leaky lids. No bags for 4 bagels. We didn’t eat 3/4 of the bagels. The breakfast sandwich was barely edible, tasted burnt. Good customer service, but I will not return.
