There are plenty of vegan options available at this restaurant, and almost everything can be customized to be vegan. The owners are very friendly. The Saturday all vegan buffet is delicious and offers a wide selection. The atmosphere is pleasant and calm. I just wish I had discovered this place earlier!

On Saturday, we tried the all Vegan Lunch Buffet at Mount Everest Cuisine. It was their 7th week offering the buffet, and one of the owners mentioned they had a great response that day. The buffet cost $9.99 per person and included dishes like Channa Masala, Dal, Saag Dal, Veggie Chow Chow, and Sweet Potato Masala. Everything was incredibly tasty! We ended up skipping dinner that night because we overindulged at the buffet.
