Uhl’s Brewing Company - Boulder

Aaron and his team are amazing! The paella at their restaurant is better than most I've had in the city all week. The menu is quite diverse. I tried the beef sourdough that my wife ordered and it was delicious! They also had a food truck outside and the staff were very friendly and attentive. Plus, extra points for having a clean restaurant and bathroom. I will definitely be returning, 10/10!

It was a fantastic spot. Although it wasn't very crowded, the trivia was enjoyable and the beer selection was top-notch!

This restaurant offers a creative and unique selection of beers in a beautiful setting with various flavors. I tried the Fluffernutter Imperial Crash beer which had a strong peanut butter flavor that I really enjoyed. I can't wait to go back and try more beers from their tap selection. The restaurant has a special charm with a lovely combination of indoor and outdoor seating options, along with friendly service.

Largest bar in the age of brown. such a phenomenal group of men and devotion to the craftsmanship. If I could give this place more stars, I would.
