Írjon visszajelzéstWe booked for two on TheFork with 25€ discount on the addition. When we arrived, we were surprised to be the only clients with policemen at the entrance. Indeed, the young woman (who apparently deals with the bar and the reception of the restaurant? did not at any time specify that there were Italian football players in the restaurant’s hotel and that they had only taken our reservation by “security measure” and that we had to wait 20 hours to be served. So we waited and ate alone (at least it was intimate, with a rather strange atmosphere. We certainly paid our very cheap meal, but we would have liked to be notified, with a more professional and prepared welcome (or a simple call to inform us that our reservation will not be possible exceptionally. For a 4-star hotel chain like Radisson Blu, it was frankly disappointing.
Restaurant rather nice on Boulogne , however damaging that some dishes displayed on The Fork did not appear on the map when we went there, similar to the foie gras that unfortunately was broken. Despite all we have been served well, and the dishes were rather copied, you have to choose a garnish as the dishes did not have it, I advise you to take an entrance a flat dish a dessert if your hunger is not so great It was also rather quiet and so pleasant

I booked a table for 4 people by phone the day before, my reservation was taken into account by phone by my speaker. I came with my guests. When we arrive, I am told that there is no reservation and that the restaurant is complete... it is unbearable! Especially in the way it was told to us. This lack of professionalism and lack of tact is very unpleasant. Please train your staff!
