Popped in for a snack and ended up with a great meal made from the freshest produce and served with a smile and panache. This is a great little restaurant frequents by the French in the old town of Boulogne. We sat outside to take in the ambience and had just a great time. I thoroughly recommend a visit.
I know Boulogne well but this was the first visit my wife and I paid to Chez Bess. Absolutley lovely. We sat outside and watched the world go by whilst eating a gorgous paella with the freshest of fish. Great staff, freindly and happy to speak French to an Englishman. I thoroughly recommend this excellent little restaurant. CLIVE MARSHALL
