Crafty Crab - Bowie

Never again! I went here for a birthday celebration and had a bad experience. Took forever to get my food I asked for water twice, they were out of everything. You have the bartender drinking on the job. The floors were not cleaned properly leaving a funny smell and, we saw a spider on the floor. Poor customer service! I will not be returning nor will I recommend this place.

I visited this restaurant for the first time in June, and we've returned a few times since then. Destiny, the bartender, delivers outstanding customer service! She engages us in great conversations, mixes fantastic cocktails, and always makes us feel welcome. We'll miss her while she heads off to school. Best of luck, Destiny! I also want to highlight how much meatier the snow crab legs and shrimp are here compared to other seafood boil places nearby. Plus, the coupons we receive in the mail are a nice bonus!

It was my sister's 73 birthday she really enjoyed herself, Laila 17 was beautiful,she made sure we were good with our meal, she also told us thank you and have a blessed

Okay So I have been coming here for years and here is what I must say...So there is the Manager, How is his name. This is my guy, I mean a really good dude, fair, and has exceptional customer service, he always takes care me and my family whenever we order. So I always come back!!!!Then there 's his exceptional staff don 't get me started. All of them are Professional always. They take care of you and services their customers well!!!Last but not least... THE FOOD!!! OMG!!! I have been to many Seafood Spots but Hands down, THE CRAFTY CRAB BOWIE does it for me everytime!!!I have coming here for 3 years since I moved out this way. Listen, if you are looking for seafood spot that 'll take care of you, service you and your family well, have more than fair prices and provide you with the best tasting Seafood in town, then the CRAFTY CRAB ? BOWIE is your spot. Trust me and I am very picky and critical when it comes to my food, especially Seafood.All of their food is fire ? ?? but my personal suggestions is their Tasty CRAFTY Cajun Seafood Boil. I always get it with the more than fair priced KING CRABS, with Snow Legs ? Shrimp ? with extra extra corn ?ENJOY FAM!!!!! ???

I passed 2 crafty crabs to come to the Bowie location thinking I would have a better experience. To start, we sat down and ants were on the table. No big deal..we got moved to another table. We sat and waited 15 minutes before “Day” came over. We placed our orders which took forever. While we waited we overheard another server go over the specials for Mother’s Day which was also my birthday). We requested our server again and asked her about it. She goes “oh yeah” then proceeds to tell us the specials. We update our order and waited again. Parts of our order was missing and she admitted she forgot to ring it in. Okay cool…she rings in the rest and it comes out. Fast forward we finish our food and we’re ready to go but we can’t find our server yet again. My husband finally got up and stood at the server station until she came out of the kitchen. Now he’s the issue …my husband and I do not leave tips on our cards. We left a cash tip on the table like always. 2 days later my card is charged an additional $10…”your amount has been updated to include tip”. So I call the restaurant and the manager on duty tells me to call my bank to dispute it…he specified the tip. When I call my bank the ENTIRE bill will be disputed. Never again!!!
