Panda Express - Bowie

I really enjoy this Panda Express. The restaurant is consistently clean, and the staff is very friendly. The food is always fresh and available, even during busy times. You can count on having a great experience every time.

The food was pretty good and even exceeded my expectations. The orange chicken was crispy and tangy, while the honey walnut shrimp was sweet and well cooked. The cream cheese competition and roasted rice was also ok, although some other spices could be used. Overall, Panda Express was good for a food chain. The problem is customer service. The first server was ok, but for the other it was obvious that it doesn't like being there. She didn't give my friend her change, which was quite annoying. Come for dinner, not for the service.

Will never order from this place again. Legitim's gone. I pay the premium (double premium for two portions) for the walnut shrimp, but in not ok, completely screwed to portion size. I'm paying more for the normal part, how can they not? See receipt and photos that factorize the shrimp content (that are, by the way, two ZW parts) back into the premium costs with the other plate.

The service was awful (through delivery). I attempted to submit a guest order and ended up being charged twice. When I finally received the correct order, I had been kept waiting for an hour, which was supposed to be the delivery time. After that hour, they decided it was time to deliver my order, despite my repeated attempts to communicate my concerns during the call. I was so frustrated with the poor service that I ultimately chose to cancel my order altogether.

Friendly staff. Clean and convenient location. Fast service. For fast food Chinese, was pretty good food. Nice portions. I don't recommend the veggie rolls.
