This place looks nice but that’s about it. The service was absolute dog and the chicken was dryer than the Sahara desert. They served us week old lettuce that has gone black on the roots. Nonetheless, their best menu item was the tap water. Would definitely recommend if you want food poisoning.Food: 2/5

Love this place. The food is consistently well prepared! The salmon is my favorite! Well...and the chicken...and the empanadas!!!! They are the best....Oh yeah the sides are great too! I guess I love everything.Food: 5/5

Love Sardis but yesterday was not it. I placed an order online and it was scheduled for pickup at 7pm. Drove there and got in at 7 and went to pickup. They said it was not ready yet but will be in 5 mins. No big deal I get it. So I waited and waited watching people order and pickup..20mins later I finally am acknowledged again and was asked did I order online, I did, they looked me up and said not ready yet 3 more mins. At that point I was upset, when I went to say why 3 mins I been here the person walked away. Did not respond just walked back..10 mins later my order finally came out. I did not get a apology or anything after waiting 30mins past pickup time. I ordered chicharon de Pollo, the rice is already done and the beans, since placing the order it took 45 mins for the chicken to be done? Such a disappointment to say the least.

I ordered twice Christmas Eve. The takeout was ok but the flavor wasn’t the same and the skin was almost burnt. The one I ate inside the restaurant was delicious. The flavor of the 1/4 white chicken was good and sides of French fries and Cole slaw was great. I gave you a 4 but actually should be a 3. Please make sure chicken is consistent eat in and take out!
