The cashier noticed me approaching to place an order but then walked away without any explanation. When she returned, her attitude was off-putting. I've been a customer at all their locations for 10 years, but this was the first time I experienced such poor service from the staff. The young black female employees with braids were particularly rude. As a black person myself, I found this behavior disappointing.

I absolutely love the wings here; they are even better than those at other places!

My daughter and I dined here for the first time tonight and we were pleasantly surprised by the freshness of the food! Everything was delicious and well-prepared. The waitstaff were professional and friendly, which made for a great experience. We sat in the dining room, which is quite spacious, though there weren’t many other patrons around us. The environment was nice, but it could use a bit more attention in terms of cleanliness, especially the seats, tables, and window sills. The patrons seemed to be regulars, which is always a good sign that the food is worth coming back for. I will definitely return again!
