Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Bowie

It was a few young girls in there and I don’t know their names but they were all rude and ignored me when I asked questions. I ended up just doing a pickup order. Terrible customer service.

My Pomegranate Plunge is always made perfectly! The workers are respectful and friendly from what I’ve experienced, and when I order online it’s usually done faster than the time quoted. My go to food is the 3 cheese chicken quesadilla, but that chicken bacon ranch is pretty good as well. I’m thankful for my Bowie Tropical Smoothie. I’ve been happy with my recent visits and I hope these reviews start looking up for them!

Stole my money. Horrible customer service. Gave me an attitude when I asked why my food wasn’t ready for pick up when it was WELL past the pickup time. This location will tell you that their oven is broken and that you can’t have the flatbreads that you ordered and PAID for using their app and will LIE and tell you that you will automatically get a refund for it and NEVER give you the refund.

The store manager Shatau was so rude. I ordered food on the app an and when I got there I was told the oven was broken but she can’t refund me my money. I asked for a manager and was told they don’t have a number for her.
