Pizza was not ready after 45 minutes and nobody bothered to tell me it was made incorrectly and was having to be fixed until my second time asking how much longer until it would be ready. Not a single apology was given. This location has definitely lost my business and I'll be looking for a new go-to pizza place in the area.

I ordered online for pickup on June 12th at 8:30 and didn’t receive any utensils. When I went back inside to ask for one, I was informed there was a $4 charge. It’s hard to understand how you can charge me $4 for a fork after I just spent $20 on food.
