Lone Oak Tavern - Boyce

The exterior may be unassuming, but this beloved local eatery boasts an extensive menu featuring burgers, quesadillas, and inventive homestyle dishes alongside more refined options. We opted to dine outdoors, and thankfully, we didn't have any issues with mosquitoes—my children had a great time catching fireflies instead!

The food and drinks are excellent, and you can enjoy views of Clarke County landmarks. Smoking is still allowed in the bar area. There's also a spacious terrace that offers beautiful views.

This restaurant offers classic American fare featuring a delicious burger and fries. The cobbler is outstanding as well. The service is friendly and the establishment is clean, all set against a beautiful view of the Virginia mountains.

Great small space with indoor and outdoor seating with a bar area. Beautiful atmosphere and the food was good. It was a beautiful place to stop while on the motorcycles.
