It’s true! The best fried chicken in town! Flakey and crispy without being greasy. Truly delicious.

This place serves the best roasted chicken in the area! It's far superior to Popeyes and miles ahead of KFC. The prices are great too. The crispy potatoes are outstanding, and they have the best fried catfish around. The steak sandwich is also quite good. The drinks are enjoyable as well. You can either drive thru or dine in—either way, you won't be disappointed!

In the early to mid-1970s, there was an Uncle Albert's Peace Chicken located on Second Street/Lafayette Street in Natchitoches, LA, near downtown, right next to the Kroger supermarket (where I had my first job during high school). The Uncle Albert's in our area was a quick stop—perfect for a fast meal. I often went there during my lunch break to grab their delicious roasted chicken, fries, and a bread roll. The food was always fresh and served hot. I have fond memories of the fantastic service and the exceptional quality of the food from that place!

We absolutely love this chicken restaurant! The service is fantastic and the food is amazing.
