Swiss Chalet Bracebridge

If I could give less than 1 star I definitely would. Tried to order chicken and rib family meal and they were out of chicken at 7 pm on a Tuesday. Ordered something different including ribs from Swiss Chalet and Harvey’s. Got the burgers but had to go back through the drive thru to get the ribs they forgot. When I got home the ribs had the wrong sauce. Apparently their delivery service was too busy to bring the corrected order so I had to go back myself to get it. Burgers were Luke warm at best. Fries had obviously been under the heat lamp for a while. Never once was I offered anything extra or a discount for my order. New staff was rude, short and i knowledgeable about the menu. For an almost $70 order I would expect much more

Swiss Chalet exceeded expectations, with impeccable food and standout service, especially from the supervisor. Their attention to detail elevated the entire experience. A solid five-star rating—highly recommended!

One of the few fast food chains I like. Chicken always good fresh cut fries and that special sauce. Price is very reasonable good Ceasar drink too.

What know what sounds awesome after working a long day? A nice hot bowl of chicken noodle soup. After spending 20mins in the drive thru waiting, reaching the front and paying, only to have them come back and tell me it’s sold out. It’s… 6pm . Dinner service literally just started , give me a break. It’s alright tho , Tim Hortons makes a pretty great chicken noodle.
