Montezumas Mexican Restaurant

The food at this restaurant is absolutely delicious and the service is great! When we visited this evening, a young 17-year-old girl was working by herself during peak time and she did an excellent job. Unfortunately, she had to deal with a rude and nasty customer who was causing trouble a few tables away. It was clear that she was doing her best to handle the situation, and no one deserves to be treated that way.

One staff member on the floor with a packed restaurant. We didn't stay. Poor waiter said owner would not pay staff to work on Sunday but there will no customers if this keeps up

I have been eating at the Albany Creek Montezuma's for a few years now, and have always enjoyed the restaurant. Tonight the service there was so good I feel compelled to write a review. The food is incredible, and the service is exceptional. Will recommend to all my friends, this is a great place to eat! Thank you so much to staff and management at AC Montezuma's!

Restaurant clean and friendly. Food was good. Some confusion about the order but it was quickly and uneventfully resolved. Manager all too keen to help.

We have visited in the past prior to it changing hands. On this occasion, the food was very average, the service was very slow and the food took over an hour to arrive.Asked for non-alcoholic Sangria and this was at 6.15pm at the start of a Saturday night. Didn't have any!! The waiter gave a choice of soft drinks only to return and inform us some choices not in stock - WT!!? Who is running the show?We observed at least 4 takeaway customers return with meals - incorrect orders, etc, etc. These guys were really struggling. Sorry to say, but the food was also very average. Not fresh. Some meals were really oily and came out overdone! Whilst one of four main meals arrived when the other 3 were nearly finished.Sorry guys, but a BIG thumbs down for both the food quality and service. We won't be back i am afraid.
