Kams Fish And Chips - Bracknell Forest

This is the worst takeaway I have ever been to, its absolute chaos in here! We placed an online order for about £45 and went to pick it up after about half hour thinking this would be plenty of time for them to prep and pack it up for us to collect, we'll when we got there we were told the order was lost, and after a while waiting they found it. We then waited an hour! While loads of people came and went with their orders. After an hour we were handed our food only to discover there was a third of it missing! So we then had to wait 30 40 mins more whilst it was done, but they never got on and sorted it out straight away for us as they were too busy serving others. They messed up a lot more orders too and even had to run after someone to swap a wrong order. There was plenty of arguing and shouting going on amongst the staff and tempers getting high. I will never go back here again for anything! I think they'll lose a lot of customers as the service is appaling! These people have no idea how to run a business! Avoid, avoid, avoid!! I wouldn't have given it any stars in the ratings but had to fill in one!

The staff at Kams Fish and Chips are fantastic! The delivery drivers are always friendly and I have nothing but good things to say about them!

Kams is a shams!! Such awful service and business. Every time we've tried to order, especially online the delivery has been ridiculous. 3 1/2 hours yesterday to deliver and that was with two phone calls asking where it is. The lady who answered my call hung up on me twice. We had two very hungry and upset children. I ended up turning the delivery away as it was too late and we ordered something else. Kams should not have an online ordering service, they clearly can’t keep up with the system. We won’t ever be ordering from here again

Just visited Kams for our annual Christmas Eve Chinese meal which over the past years has been excellent. However, clearly under new ownership and taking in more orders than they can cope with. Total chaos, giving food to the wrong people. After 1 hour and 40 minutes of waiting and being offered the wrong order we demanded our money back and cancelled our order. Will never return to Kams again!

Purchased four All in one container meals for the guys in the office. Beef Chop Suey was tasteless. Had no mushrooms in the dish, when you order Chicken with Mushrooms , you expect to get mushrooms. Spoke to lady, who said that we ordered something different and she repeated the order...yes she did, but the chef didn 't get the right order. All dishes were very salty. This is the second time we 've had issues, its always the customers fault never theirs...
