I wish I could leave a 0 star review so the 1 is generous. Rudest people at any restaurant I?ve encountered, be it fast food or otherwise. Rude as soon as they answered the voice box at the drive through. Heavy sighs and when we said we were doing two separate orders received a ?seriously? Fine. What?s the next order? Keep in mind there was NOBODY in front or behind us and it was 2pm. 3 drinks total, 2 sandwiches, and a bagel. 10 minutes for the 3 drinks. 5 minutes before the realized we were still waiting for the rest of our order. 10 more minutes for the sandwich and bagel. 5 more minutes for the other sandwich. Attitude the entire time. 30 MINUTES and the bagel was burnt, sandwich burnt. And both chicken sandwiches were clearly one piece of chicken that had been cut in half and used for two sandwiches. Worst Dunkin experience ever I?m sad to say.

I spent over $30 and I threw $15 drinks away... first they put espresso in my ice-cold Chi-Tee-Latte, they put Expresso in my daughters drinking after I didn't say coffee. I asked for an egg and cheese sandwich and received a croissant without egg only unmelted cheese. I ordered a frozen coffee, the pure ice cream was terrible, the rest of my drinks, where good. I have problems with this place for the last two weeks, I have tried to give it more chances, but today the LAST time I will go to this place. Very disappointed and angry that I only spent money to throw it away.

There are plenty of other Dunkin' Donuts locations to choose from. This is the third time in a row that I've received hard bagels and mini bagel bites. The staff isn't very attentive either. I won't be returning. Overall, I've had a disappointing experience with both the food preparation and service.

Corporate must come to get this load together. yes I speak of them dgm and higher, they fail in this business. Obviously there are not enough employees who run there, and the business and the staff suffer from it. Why should a customer wait 10 minutes in the drive thru without answer after he said to hold a moment?(after watching several people give up and drive away) and when the attempt to order in the lobby is locked?

I arrived at this restaurant 40 minutes before their usual closing time of 8 PM, only to find it closed. There were signs on all the doors and windows advertising a new closing time of 10 PM. So why were they closed at 7:20? It seems like this place is headed for trouble.
