Edelweiss - Bradenton

Was pleasantly surprised by the authentic and delicious fare this place offered. If you are looking for German food in southwest Florida this is your place to go. Great service, no wait, and a really nice outdoor area. Even more shocking was the great prices. Will definitely go back.

First time visit and food, service and atmosphere were all fantastic! Could use more parking, but that's the worst thing I can say about this place. Highly recommend visiting! Visit March 22, 2024 this place is a MUST visit! Can't say enough good about this place!

We had a delightful lunch in Edelweiss' beer garden. The lunch special was Wiener Schnitzel, which we both ordered and enjoyed very much. The meat was super tender, with a wonderful crust and tasty gravy. We also ordered a side of Spätzle which was done to a perfect crisp texture and very tasty. Only problem was that the place was busy and had just a single server, so service was slower than I'd like.

This is a fun atmosphere with a very friendly staff and super delicious German Food.

We were unsure which German restaurant to try and I believe we picked the best one! We went to Anna Maria Island for the day and knew we wanted German Food. Edelweiss was an excellent choice for our family. Cute restaurant, such a lovely server and the food was delicious!
