Please take a deep breath. I have submitted several proposals to the management to help improve the business, but I haven't received any response. It's frustrating because we have a good manager, but the service is lacking.

The restaurant is undergoing some changes, and the dining room is currently closed. My visit took about 20 minutes, mainly because nothing was ready when I arrived. Their number one seller, the "new flash," took way too long to come out. I attribute this to poor management, as there was no valid reason for the delay when I reached the window. I even mentioned the long wait when I asked for a complimentary drink. If you decide to stop by, I hope you have better luck than I did.

I waited 30 minutes in the drive-thru with just one car ahead of me. It was incredibly frustrating!

No one can get an order right and they take her money and the document printer is broken!? this place is notorious to order to get wrong.

1 car in front of me and sat in drive thru 45 minutes. Insane. Ordered tow kids meals and together they didn't make 1. Never again.
