The Saucy Crawfish - Bradenton

I had a very disappointing experience with my order from last night. The garlic shrimp I ordered were undercooked, there were partially steamed oysters in the same bag, the corn was hard and not sweet, the potatoes were mushy with black dots, and the sauce had too much minced garlic. The oysters were extremely small, like the size of dimes. This was my second time ordering from this restaurant in a year, and I don't think I will be ordering again. The first time I ordered, my meal was good which is why I decided to give it another chance. I had also wanted to try the seafood pasta, but after this experience, I don't think I will. I recommend checking your food before leaving the restaurant, as I was very disappointed when I got home and saw my meal. It seems like the chef may have been rushing.

Love the New Orleans style atmosphere of this restaurant! Lots of garlic in the dishes, which adds great flavor. Just be warned that it's not a fancy place, so don't wear anything white! But overall, we had a great experience.

I have never ordered food from this restaurant before, but the food I received was very oily. They were not willing to offer me a discount or any kind of compensation. This restaurant is not suitable for hosting parties or large groups. I do not recommend this place, as they do not provide good service or refunds, and they do not have enough servers. The waitress I had spilled something on my friend and left it there. The food was disgusting and overall, the experience was unacceptable. I do not think they deserve any tips or customers. Their cups were dirty, the meat tasted bad, and the mozzarella sticks were lacking cheese. The seafood tasted rushed and unappetizing. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone and advise against buying anything from here. Parties should not be held at this location. My birthday party was ruined by this experience.

This place was so good we came in late and the server Ana let us know how much time we have and was super friendly. This place was super good the garlic butter was flavorful and it was so much food we ended up taking it home and she helped us packed it up while we finished up. My new spot for seafood in the Sarasota

Wow to the reviewer Rudie. I wish I could reply to her review, unfortunately I couldn't. I came back to see if she would leave a lying review and she did. I was also a customer who dined there while their party was there. The type of characters they portrayed was unbelievably disgusting. Yelling at the staffs, scamming the restaurant, and vandalizing the place. About 20+ of them came in, ate ALL the food, yet refused to pay. The whole time they were cussing at the staffs and saying racist slurs against them. I even witnessed 2 girls trying to put hands on the manager. People like this are a disgrace to our community. My experience at Saucy Crawfish has always been great. The food is delicious and the staffs were always friendly. It's always the trash that ruins the experience for other customers. Being in food service myself I just feel the need to stand up for other business owners when they are getting lied about.
