Wendy's - Bradenton

This location is up to the standards of most fast food restaurants. The service was prompt and courteous. Satisfied with my experience all in all.

I went in at 9 am, 2 hours after the opening time on their window and website and when I went through the drive through, the lady had music loudly playing in the background and either spoke Spanish or spoke really quickly to where I couldn 't understandher. Either way they were closed again, 2 hours after supposed opening and if they were trying to tell me why they weren 't open,it was not clear at all. At least put up a we 're closed! Sign up somewhere

After grabbing the food, I placed it in the hot bag I carry for takeout meals for my husband and me. However, once I got home, it was a completely different story. The food was cold and soggy; the fries were underfilled and stale. I had ordered a triple burger with extra onions and pickles, topped with mustard, but instead, they gave me four small patties with no extra onions, pickles, or mustard. This is unacceptable. My husband had ordered a crispy chicken bacon burger, and I had requested extra bacon, but it only came with two slices. Having worked at Wendy's nine years ago, I know how things should be. Overall, this experience was terrible and the worst I've ever had from a fast food restaurant. I ended up throwing the food away and went to the Wendy's on Beneva and Fruitville, where the service was much better and the food was fresh.

I've usually had a good experience at this location, but the chicken nuggets I received with my meal today were inedible. Please provide some guidance to your team about not serving customers food that isn't acceptable. I placed a mobile order and allowed enough time for them to prepare my meal. There was no line or rush that would explain the poor quality of what I received.

The food was excellent, but the staff seems to struggle with taking orders. I experienced issues twice this week, with both orders being incorrect. I’d rate the food a solid five stars, but I’m giving the staff four stars due to the mix-ups.
