Starbucks - Bradford

I walked in and stood at the counter, but none of the three employees noticed me, even though they were chatting about the long lines and how Billy had a lot of food to heat up. It seemed that filling the orders was more important to them than acknowledging my presence or letting me know they'd be with me shortly. I felt disheartened when Billy was finally available to cook, but he chose to attend to a girl who had come in after me instead. I was left standing there feeling completely invisible. It seemed like I needed to be a 15-year-old girl to get some attention from Billy.

The staff were very friendly and pleasant, despite having a bit of a rough day. The drinks were perfectly made, and overall, the visit was excellent! Food rating: 5/5.

I was pleased to find out that there was a drive-thru, which was great. However, I've been ordering the same coffee for the past three weeks and they still haven't gotten it right. I always ask for a high blonde Americano with a half pump of hazelnut and creamy half and half with 1.5 cream in a grande cup—it's not that complicated!

Good size location. it can be busy too time, so try to plan when they go with a bigger group.

UNDERSTAFFED!! Waited 25 minutes for 1 coffee. Horrible service and not worth my time
