Last week, the staff at Ilkley were extremely helpful when I had to place a large order. They were attentive and assisted me throughout the ordering process. The food arrived promptly and was perfectly hot. I am truly grateful for their outstanding service!

Delayed and chilled. Look for another option. I ordered delivery that took more than an hour. I called multiple times and received dishonest and misleading responses. It arrived cold in the end. Stay away.

I found a few very small hairs in my pizza. I wish they would use hair nets. I have been going to this restaurant for quite a few years and it has been okay. I will check back in a few days.

Waited 2.5 hours for a home delivery. Went to pick it up myself and I've been told it's out with the driver. Actually wasn't... Gone back after 3 hours and they told me to wait 10 minuts will do it then.... huge lack of professionalism in customer service. Sorry, It's a no no from me !!!

Ordered a pizza deal that came to over £26 over the phone. I mentioned that I work for the NHS and could I get some discount. The guy said yes and to bring down my I.D. Failed to mention that I couldn't get discount with a deal. Yes perhaps I should have thought about that but as I asked and he didn't mention anything I thought it would be fine. When I got to the shop he said I couldn't get discount didn't even smile. He was so miserable. Didn't even say thank you for my custom. I wouldnt mind but a lot of money for a pizza a side and a drink. Pizza was undercooked, onion and mushrooms undercooked. Onion was still raw. Sort it out dominos
