Called mid afternoon. No bread for cheeseburgers at all. Disappointing visit

They struggle to get the most basic orders right. Run by staff who don't care.

Delivered with 2 x 9 chicken nuggets missing. Bags were labelled and sealed, yet the cocky woman answering the phone said they had nothing to do with the order, it’s down to just eat. Just eat didn’t pack it did they? Anyway, no refund, no chicken nuggets for the kids unless I order them again , Guess what, no more orders from there. Avoid at all costs.

All the staff here today were friendly and efficient. If I win the lottery, I want Gary to be my butler please! He keeps the seating areas immaculate and works constantly with a smile. Alllll The Gold Stars For Gary Today!!!

I apologize, but I must say that the experience at this restaurant was disappointing. The burgers were overcooked, despite specifying no cheese in the order, cheese was still included. The packaging was greasy with black spots all over it. The portions of chips were small and cold. Even though I ordered close to closing time, the quality should not have been compromised. The restaurant needs to reconsider their choice in staff and improve the overall quality of their service.
