Spicey Cottage - Bradford

We order from Spicy Cottage every week, and the food is always excellent. We've never had a bad meal. Their food arrives hot, usually within an hour as promised. However, last night it took a bit longer—an hour and 45 minutes, which is unusual. I called the manager to explain the situation, and he couldn't have been more apologetic. They prepare everything fresh and even offered us some free starters as a gesture of goodwill. The manager personally delivered our order. You really can’t ask for more than that. Sometimes things go wrong, but it’s all about how the situation is handled, and they handled it perfectly. A little customer service goes a long way!

Great local takeaway always enjoy what I get. I tried a few different curries and was never disappointed

Had to send 1 order back as it was swamped in ghee and was stone cold plus had missing items. The fresh order that was sent was hot but was missing 2 items this time so had to wait even longer. Nearly 2 and a half hours for 3 curries, rice, 2 chicken pagodas and chapattis.However once we got our full order the meal was lovely. Very tasty and they were so full of apologies. I think we will trythem again just hope we don't have the same problem.
