Írjon visszajelzéstThe line at the restaurant moved slowly, which was frustrating. It annoyed me when my specific order was repeated multiple times and still came out wrong. However, the saving grace was the fast-acting manager who handled the situation professionally and quickly. Despite the minor inconveniences, the service was courteous and acceptable.
This McDonald's was fine when the staff spoke fluent Spanish. The drive-thru took me 15 minutes to order a sausage McMuffin, hashbrown, large black coffee. I estimated it would cost $15 but was pleasantly surprised when the total came out to only $4.35. They fixed the error after finding an employee who spoke English well. The food was hot and tasty. Overall, not a bad place as long as they can communicate in Spanish.
I went through the drive-thru to purchase a regular coffee and a Diet Pepsi. They mentioned that they were out of soda, so I decided to just order the coffee. After 2 minutes, still no coffee. I informed my daughter that we only had 87 cents left as she opted for McDonald's instead. She left in disappointment. It was 6:00 and now it's 8:21, and we still haven't heard from them. Very disappointing experience. This is not the way to treat customers.
Great progress here in the last days. marionette kart toys are also back there. the young staff tries hard and works together. the morning crew is older and particularly impressive. many salty older guests and small family groups during the morning. bravo.
They food is made and packaged poorly. Half filled sundae cups, drinks covered in soda, poorly assembled sandwiches. I get that teenagers are not always the most invested but poor engagement with customers and generally lax attitudes (poor leadership in my opinion)
